Mateus "Maddy" Wojda is a London-based bassist, producer, and composer working across jazz, R&B, funk, live performance, and studio recording. His playing is rooted in groove and versatility, moving fluidly between genres while staying grounded in feel and pocket. Trained at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and recently completing a Master's in Popular Music Performance, he brings a multi-instrumentalist's ear to every project, doubling on guitar, keys, drums, and vocals alongside bass.

He leads LINQ, a Luxembourg-based fusion-jazz quintet drawing on influences from the Chick Corea Electric Band, the Robert Glasper Experiment, and 90s video game music. Beyond LINQ, he has played guitar and bass for artists including Tali, Adriano Selva, EDSUN, Josh Island, and Exojay, and performed at festivals including Rock-a-Field, Reeperbahn Festival, ESNS, and USINA Festival, with stages spanning Luxembourg, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

He is now available for freelance work across live performance, function bands, studio session and recording. He also has an emerging interest in composing for video games.
